My goal is to create a future with economic growth and prosperity in a sustainable manner.

My motto is, "you won't find the right way if you don't let go of the wrong way."

My Vision is that also the following generations have the same opportunities as we have had and a future to believe in.

I am not a traditional consultant; values and social impact drive me, but in a pragmatic way. Without economic growth, we will not succeed.

Every Company is unique, and every individual is unique; therefore, no solution is the same. So instead, I aim to see the customer reach higher sustainably by listening to the customer and digging deeper.

I want to create added value, and it's pretty simple. Over the years, I have gathered many different experiences and knowledge in leadership, mentoring, coaching, strategy, stock trading, investor relations, listed companies' regulations, sustainability, communication and storytelling. When you work with them correctly, some of these are closely related.

Consequently, I want to share this knowledge with you.

My offer consists of three parts and always guarantees my personal input. Offers are not mutually exclusive. You can hire me for one or the other or perhaps as a mix.

Who am I?

Sophie Jolly

I have a Master's (Econ) degree from Hanken, the Swedish School of Economics in Helsinki, options and stock broking degrees, I have done several leadership courses at IMD in Lausanne, and an executive coaching certificate from Henley Business School in London.

Live-in, but most importantly, I'm a mother of three young adults.

Young people's well-being is very close to my heart!

You will find me in Helsinki, in the archipelago in the Southern part of Finland or Gotland, Sweden, usually walking with two dogs.

Before – the capital market and strategy communication

- Almost ten years as a stockbroker, stock- and option broker exams

- Twenty years in the industry, both in listed companies and start-ups, responsible for investor relations, financial communication, sustainability, communication, and business intelligence.
